[Letter] 1858 June 19, Richmond, to [John Albert Broadus], Charlottesville, Va. / A.M. Poindexter. 1858.

Poindexter, [James B.] Taylor, and William F. Broaddus had been selected to "settle the difficulty between Tinsley and Farrish ... I would suggest that we shall need a perfectly private room, so secluded that outsiders cannot hear what is spoken loud enough for me to hear." Concerning efforts to raise funds for the newly formed Southern Baptist Theological Seminary: "Boyce goes up Saturday. Be sure to get him a good subscription in C[harlottesville]."
